This time of year life gets busy. Whether it is family coming to see you, or maybe you are the one who is living out of a suitcase. Whatever the case maybe, chances are your regular routine has been thrown out of whack, and finding enough time to get to the gym is a challenge. If this sounds like you, you are not alone! I have certainly noticed a few vacancy at my group classes as many of my clients head out of town and over seas to see their families. While it is exciting to hear about their trips I have found myself I asking the same question time and again, are you working out while you are away? And the answer, more often than not is, “No.” But my clients are also highly motivated so after Thanksgiving I started getting the question, “What can I do this time, while I am away?” And so, for those of you who want to keep those strength gains you have been working towards I put together this whole body HIIT routine that can be performed anywhere without any equipment. Want to know exactly what a HIIT workout is, and why you should include it in your workout routine, check out this post here. Get ready to work your whole body, because this is a whole body circuit you can tailor the length of your workout to fit into what ever free time you have available. It doesn’t mater if you have 10 minutes or 30 minutes, I have you covered. Ideally you would go through this circuit 3-4 times, but if one round is all you have time for then go for it! It is far better to have a short workout than no workout at all. Time to get down to it! Are you ready to sweat? This is a circuit so each exercises should be performed one after the other with no rest in between. At the end of each circuit you will get a 1 minute rest before you hope in and do it all again!Having trouble finding time for #fitness this holiday season?
